Hello!

Thanks for visiting my site. I love creating stories and hope you’ll enjoying finding out more about my writing. Some people think that the creative industries are an indulgence, especially when set against the painful fact that so many people are struggling just to get by in these precarious days. I think all the arts and crafts are essential for our wellbeing; they sustain us in a way that feeds the soul and lifts our head out of the gloom.

2023 saw the publication of my first non-fiction work, Face to Face with Strabismus, an exploration of this poorly understood eye condition. You can find out more about this project in this site. My collaborators and I are keen to raise awareness of strabismus in order to improve access to treatment.

As well as telling you about my work, I want to share with you the kind of things that raise my spirits and take my gaze beyond my immediate horizon.
